Please remember to bring clean shoes for curling! You will not be allowed on the ice without them.
These are the cadets that signed up for curling and if any other cadets wish to show up, they are more than welcome:
Due to the fact that some of our feeder schools are still open and the temperature is continuing to rise (and hopefully melt the rest of the ice) we’re going to remain open as usual this evening. However, please assess your individual situation and have your cadet call in to be excused if the roads are bad in your area.
If your cadet is unable to attend tonight and has not signed up for curling but would like to, please let us know asap. Right now we may have to cancel the afternoon session and will be making that decision by the end of the night.
We had curling sign ups last night and numbers were lower than expected. We have the space to bring the entire unit between two separate sessions on Jan 28 (10-12 and 1-3). This is a free activity and the cadets only need to bring a clean pair of shoes. They are prepared for beginners but anyone with curling experience is welcome to come as well.
The names I have so far are:
Cadets that are not on this list and wish to come, please message the Facebook page or email the squadron by Monday night so we can have finalized numbers. As well, if we have you down for the wrong timing, please let us know.
