Profession Development Credit

The Nova Scotia education department allows youth in grades 10-12 to claim a Professional development credit on their high school diploma for 6 week CTC courses.

To claim the credit, students should visit their guidance counsellors with a copy of their course report/duke of edinburgh certificate.  Some schools have their own application form, but this should be sufficient for cadets to claim the credit.

See links below for a list of courses and programs offering credits to students, and whether the credit is applied to grade 10, 11 or 12.
