Please make sure you are following the arrival time. The doors may not be open until 615 and with the changing weather, it can get cold while waiting outside. Cadets are not permitted to use the entrance to the Zedex Theatre.
 
Friday Nov 29- Sunday Dec 1
Level 5 cadets are to meet at the Cadet Complex main building at 8pm as per your instructions.
Please ensure you are following your kit list, and leave a copy of the timings at home for your parents for pick up on Sunday.

Upcoming Events
There will be NO CO’s parade for December.
 
Dec 4 and 11 – SPCA Donation ( anything can can be used at the animal shelter, food, leashes, collars, bleach for cleaning)
 
Dec 6 – Kingston Santa Claus Parade, this will be a Mandatory Activity (Parade Only) There are many activities associated with Santa Comes to Kingston; families are encouraged to attend with their cadets to partake in the activities. If your cadet wishes to stay and partake in the skating etc, they will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We need 4 cadets to man the Village truck for Food donations and 4 cadets to walk beside our marching cadets and wear Reindeer costumes and give out candy canes to spectators. Those interested, are to give their names to Lt(N) Kerfont on Wednesday evening. Timing will be announced.
 
Dec 11 – Bake Sale – Proceeds to be divided between SPCA and Upper Room Food Bank. We ask that cadets/parents send in some baked goods, cookies, squares, cupcakes etc to be sold at break time.
 
Dec 11- Civvie Night – Cadets can wear civilian attire at the cost of $2.00 all monies collected will go to the Upper Room Food Bank.
 
Dec 18 – Cadet Christmas Potluck for Cadets and Families at the Kingston Legion. Information will be sent home to parents in regards of what items to bring.
 
Dec 21 – Presentation of all donated food and money to the Upper Room Food Bank.

SANTA CLAUS PARADE

Greenwood Mall Saturday Nov 16, 2019

Time: 11am

Dress: Full Uniform

Duration: 1hr

Meet Location: Centre Court

Parents are invited to stay as they duration of the parade itself will only be approximately 30 minutes.

This is also a kick off for our Christmas Food Drive for the Upper Room Food Bank. There will be a crate at the mall for donations.

The time before CO’s parade is for practice and not open to spectators, we ask that you return for 730 if you choose to do so. The cadets will be dismissed after the CO’s Parade and the Squadron Picture has been taken, which should be around 815pm
